Nutrition

Nutrition is touted as the most significant part of altering one’s physique. All over the fitness industry, “nutrition is 80% of your results.” And I do agree that nutrition plays a critical role, however we must keep in mind that nutrition is a tool we apply to our training. The fuel we consume is crucial for all physical activity and changes in our body. Finding the right tools for your own body and your own goals is the key. Nutrition happens to be one of the  tools with the greatest potential for bringing results.

In this section, my experiences with nutrition are discussed, along with where they have gotten me. I will not tell you my way is better, or worse than any other way. It is simply what has/has not worked for ME. We begin somewhere (anywhere) and adjust accordingly, based on our own results with our own body.
